Anything with a period I call "sentence." When I learn English there'll be more to say. I was standing in line, thinking, “Why do people travel?” Self Narration, Slap In The Face, Cottage, Lake, Loss. I look forward to clearing my name.

Right now, I’m looking for a long foreground: the horizon goes high and drops, at your feet. Sometimes I feel (or maybe hear) things knock together. Meaning, this far and no further.

The birds are busy. We ate the last oranges. I accidentally broke one of the small yellow plates that she bought when we first lived together. It tipped from the counter, where I'd set it, to the floor. The sound we call "shots rang out."
