Max and I visit the Earth Room with DJ Dolack in Episode #3 of Tourist Trap, NYC. We talk, and I read a few pages of CALLED. Jane Hirshfield, Charles Simic, and I answer 20 questions in Salt Hill 24 (print only). Online, I've been interviewed about The Last 4 Things by Jean Valentine in Bookslut, DJ Dolack in Coldfront, and Derrick Mund in SpringGun. (The uncut version of the interview with Derrick is up at his blog.) Max and I discuss various things (including the last 4) in his movie My Own Eyes, a documentary collage we originally thought might be the "special features" on the DVD. (More on that here. It's also up at The Continental Review.) When I visited Chapman University in October 2009, Andrew Mauzey and I had a long audio conversation. Dan Nester asked me a few questions in his "Getting to know:" series on the Best American Poetry blog. In March 2008, Rich Fisher of KWGS-FM Public Radio Tulsa interviewed Susan Briante, Linda Russo, and me on Studio Tulsa. Jennifer Bartlett and Jeannine Hall Gailey interviewed me about case sensitive, in St. Elizabeth Street and Eclectica, respectively. I was also one of the 133 poets who were asked 10 questions by Lance Phillips for his project Here Comes Everybody. Over at every other day, I did a series of interviews with poets who, at that time, had just one book out. (My basic question: How has your first book changed your life?) After 5 or 6 of those appeared, people began asking me when I would answer the questions I'd asked. I thought I'd do that when my own first book came out. Then I decided to wait until the series was complete. My self-interview (#104) went up in August '08. You can read it here. . . .
